We have just opened this, a gift from someone. I can't figure out how to change the passcode. The cover doesn't pop open as it appears it should you have to almost pry it open. And the uv light isn't working. I also can't find the reset button.
I have replaced the batteries but no change. Please help, my little girl just wants to use her birthday present.
