Hi guys, can someone help me with the learning lodge? I've been trying to create an account recently, but I can't find my vtech usb cable for my smartwatch, so I tried using a different one but when I plug my smartwatch into the pc, the damn learning lodge does not recognize the device.

same, i wanted to connect my daughters watch to my computer but then it says CHARGING then i cant even touch anything....i created my account but i tried to connect with my lap top he cable that the watch came with, i plug it in and it dosent work
