Here are the steps you can follow to be able to connect the watch to the computer:
1.) Switch off the Smartwatch completely by pressing the "Home" button on the side for about 30 seconds and then turn it back on.
2.) Connect the watch to your computer and you should see an icon/drive called "VTECH 1557". If you see this, then it means that the watch is successfully connected to the computer.
3.) To view the Photos/Videos taken from the watch, you can open the VTECH 1557 drive and double-click on the DCIM folder. The folder should open up with the photos and videos.
4.) If you are using a Mac, you would see VTech 1557 on the left hand side when you go to "Finder".
