My son received the vtech giraffe scooter as a present and we have had nothing but trouble - the first scooter we returned as it was faulty and the next one we exchanged it with is a damaged product and did not come with all the screws to correctly and safely assemble it. There are no more at big w stores in our metro area to exchange with. My one year old son just wants his scooter / walker to work if you could help with arranging a complete not faulty product for him. Thank you
